We have devised a dynamic action learning programme that focuses on your specific business.
The Elevate Programme covers the six ‘rocket stages’ of business growth. An opportunity for a small select group of only six like-minded therapy business owners to meet monthly, over a six month period, and benefit from bespoke coaching tailored to individual business challenges. There will be discussion and sharing of expertise between owners and real time homework and practical steps to carry out in the business. Consider it personal training for your business – an investment that provides a return.
£150 + VAT per month
Our initial diagnostic and strategy meeting will help us to design and agree a plan of action. This is followed by a number of hours of bespoke support each month, starting from £250 per month and subject to a six month contract.
In addition to working directly with Andy and Phil you will have access to a range of trusted experts in specialist professional areas such as employment law, health and safety and web development.
